Amreen is working in the development sector for 8 years, done her master’s in Childhood Development, she started her organization.
She has been working in different parts of Delhi by running learning centers in Delhi for children and women’s Livelihood spaces. She has run various campaigns from enrolling children in formal school, Menstrual Hygiene awareness, food campaigns, etc.
Currently, she is the founder of the Aru Foundation and Co-founder and Director of Each One Feed One. She has received various awards for her exemplary work

Harsh Wardhan

“Harsh Vardhan Vashishtha is an enthusiastic and extroverted person. Who “believes in Making leaders but not the laborers”. To achieve it he supported youth and needy people through social development programs. He did various projects with NGOs, which are (Rag pickers enhancements, Menstruation hygiene management, Fight for hunger: served 20,000 families, taught children in a government school & to various clusters, and served during covid wave 2) Now serving on various causes independently across India.

Kunal Kishore

Kunal Kishore is currently working as a Research and Analysis Associate in Marketing & Strategy Area at the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad (IIMA). Kunal worked as a Management Consultant during his stint with the previous organization and has completed his education at the Department of Management Studies, IIT Delhi. Kunal is a Founder of a Management Consulting Startup, Towards Public Policy based out in Delhi.

Nirved Verma

Nirved Kumar is a Ph.D. student at the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. He is currently doing research on the education system and policy of India.

Prafull Singh Chandel is a litigation lawyer currently practicing in Delhi high courts, district courts, and various other tribunals.

Saumya Aggarwal

Saumya Aggarwal is the co-founder and CEO of Youth for Peace International working on a vision to empower youth on conflict transformation, providing rehabilitation support to Rohingya Refugees, and advocating for meaningful youth engagement at the Glocal level. She has 6 years of experience in Facilitation, fundraising, project design and implementation, strategic partnership, and capacity building in the youth and peacebuilding field. Further, she has also worked with the United Network of Young Peacebuilders (UNOY), the United Nations for Major Group for Children and Youth, AYPN, GPPAC, and the United States Institute of Peace (USIP) to strengthen the capacities of youth to end violence in their communities and to create positive peace.

Shivam Shumsher

Shivam Shumsher is a social researcher and development practitioner with a rights-based focus. He is the Digital Health Interventions Officer at International Planned Parenthood Federation’s (IPPF) South Asia Office. Shivam has worked on themes including ICT4D, gender, public health, responsible business, and human rights in past.

Shubham Oswal

Shubham founded the Organic brand ‘Gudmom by 1Organic’ with the sole purpose of creating employment and sustainable livelihoods for farmers. He is also on a mission to make an impact on how people collectively think about food. He wants to raise awareness among people about what they eat, especially for organic food in Millet’s domain.

Sunaje graduated from IIT Delhi and now works as a management consultant for BCG. He strives to solve new problems and learn.

Abid Hasan

Abid Hasan is a development practitioner, social entrepreneur, and peace activist based in Bihar trained in Social Work and Computer Science on a merit scholarship, He has worked with the Government of Bihar India for the COVID-19 vaccination program, and with the national media house. He was involved as CELP Fellow with Harvard University; He was selected as Global Young Leaders Fellow & Karmaveer Chakra Award Recipient at IIT Delhi in 2019 instituted by iCONGO in Partnership with United Nations.

AISHA RABBANI

Aisha Rabbani was born and brought up in Bokaro Steel City. Currently, she is working as a Young Professional in the prestigious project of UPSRLM which is funded by the World Bank. She is playing an important role in helping women at disadvantage to reach above the poverty line, to help them make a livelihood out of their own region which has an indigenous appeal to itself.

Akankshya is a Designer and Explorer by Passion. She is currently Managing Global Sourcing and Procurement at Walmart. Has worked as an ex-Aerospace engineer at Tata Aerospace and Defence Limited and has an amazing knowledge of Aircraft design and manufacturing. Is also a Public-policy enthusiast and Linguistics aficionado.

Akash is a U.S. exchange program alumni, majoring in video editing and filmmaking. He is looking forward to making his own independent movies.

Amlan Das

Mr. Amlan Das is a student of Legal Studies from Kings College London and George Washington University Washington DC in International Law and Peace & Conflict Resolutions respectively and is currently pursuing B.A.LL.B (Indian Law) Galgotias University Delhi NCR. He is a celebrated Human Right Activist in North East India specifically working with the Right to Education and Education for all in the Indian Sub Continent and Parts of South East Asia. He has been associated with multiple national and international societies and has also founded Youth For Change Global Initiative which is spread over 27 countries of the world and Co-Founded Globe For Change in Europe and India.

Archana Singh is an MPhil research scholar at the Department of Geography, Delhi School of Economics, University of Delhi. Her current research focuses on the spatialities of women’s leisure in Lucknow city. She is also interested in exploring the politics of resource appropriation and feminist geographies.

Fatima Zohra is an aspiring geologist, currently enrolled at Aligarh Muslim University as a postgraduate student. Gitanjoli Das Gupta

Gitanjoli Dasgupta is with UNICEF as a State Consultant on Child Protection in Chhattisgarh. She is a graduate in MSc Conflict Studies from the London School of Economics and Political Science and has previously worked as an Expert- in Labour Welfare and Social Security at UNDP India. Her career pursuit has followed the goal of equipping herself to be able to create an equitable society, drawing her towards groups of people who are farthest from a position to access basic resources and human rights. Currently, Gitanjoli’s experience in formulating social security policies is being harvested by the Government of Chhattisgarh, India.

Aman Kumar Singh

Aman has done Btech electrical & electronics engg in 2020. He was selected for the Urban fellows program at Indian Institute for human settlements, Bengaluru, and did it from 2020-21. He worked with an Impact Evaluation Firm Sambodhi Research & Communication for 1 year. Currently, he is working with the Indian Political Action committee IPAC.

Aman describes himself as an individual filled with curiosities and inquisitiveness, with a history of working with the Ministry of Education to becoming a Feature Writer for India’s first International Polo and Lifestyle magazine and being awarded by Facebook for leading national and global campaigns.

Bhoomika Uppal is a student of LL.B. (Hons.) at Amity Law School, Amity University, Noida, Uttar Pradesh. She completed her major in Sociology from Janki Devi Memorial College, the University of Delhi in the year 2021 and is intrinsically dedicated and motivated to bring change to society. Geetanjali Prasad

An enthusiast in governance affairs, Geetanjali holds a post-graduation in Environmental Science from Nalanda University and Epidemiology from the Indian Institute of Public Health. She has a keen sense of interest and determination towards Environmental Health, Climate Change issues to improve the governance system. A Climate Change and Environmental Health Expert working at the Union Health Ministry passionate about sustainable development.

Himanshu is a public policy professional, currently posted as an Officer on Special Duty to the Additional Chief Executive Officer of the National Health Authority. He holds a post-graduation in Public Policy, Design, and Management from the Indian School of Public Policy. Previously, he also worked in the Covid War Room of the Union Health Ministry and also managed the Oxygen Concentrator-MIS portal. Rashika Chauhan graduated with BSc. Zoology honors from Delhi University and post-graduated with a Master’s in psychology from IGNOU. She was associated with Lead India for World affairs in theory and practice. Currently, she is pursuing a diploma in Guidance and Counseling associated with Feeling and healing counseling cell under a Ph.D. scholar and counseling psychologist. Her long-term goal is to get her Ph.D. done in the same field.

Rumit Walia is a Founder of Tears of the Earth and is a staunch environmentalist since the Age of 12. Currently, working with EARTHDAY.ORG as Manager for Youth Initiatives in India. Rumit advocates for a cleaner and Greener environment with a particular interest in working on the correlation of Environment, Peace, and Space.
