Shubha Khadke works at Aga Khan rural Support Programme (India) as an Area Manager. She is based at Dang district of south Gujarat and is responsible for organizational activities in four districts Dang, Navsari, Surat and Tapi. She started her journey with AKRSP in 2013 when the organization was expanding its work in Dang district. AKRSP is now working in more than 150 villages of Dang.
She has 12 years’ experience in development sector. Her major thrust area is Livelihood enhancement. Although she has experience of organizational development and micro finance but over the years she has developed her interest in livelihoods. She has passion for her sector and has initiated alternate livelihood options for tribal communities.
