LEAD India Fellows Network
Professionals undergoing an intensive LEAD India cohort program also known as the ‘Integrated Sustainable Leadership Development Program’ that includes four National Training Sessions over a period of one year, graduate as Fellows and become part of the LEAD India Fellows Network.
Presently, the LEAD India Fellows Network consists of over 200 fellows from across the country working on critical global environmental and developmental issues. Consisting of fellows from various sectors (Government, non-governmental, private, media, and academia) and levels (key decision makers, policy makers, grassroots leaders, CEO’s, top and middle management executives). This diverse composition forms the backbone of LEAD India, to design and deliver leadership modules and action projects that are validated with insightful experiences.
LEAD Board
LEAD India board consists of four fellow directors and four independent non-fellow directors including president and the Executive Director at the LEAD Secretariat. The board is responsible for laying down the framework and plans within which the affairs of LEAD India are managed.
LEAD Secretariat
The Secretariat headed by the Executive Director (ED) is responsible for managing, implementing and day to day affairs at LEAD India.
