Ravindra is working on the issues of rain-fed agriculture covering the aspects of science-practice and policy. He is working with WASSAN, a support organisation working in the areas of watershed development across several states in India. Ravindra is presently coordinating various initiatives of the Revitalizing Rain-fed Agriculture Network, its policy related initiatives and is actively involved on the issues related to System of Rice Intensification (SRI) as a part of the National Consortium on SRI.
He is presently pursuing his doctoral research at Wageningen University and Research, The Netherlands.
