Bibhudutta Sahu has been been working in the Church of North India-Synodical Board of Social Services, a faith based organization for the past 10 years since completing his MA. He is currently entrusted with the responsibility of being the Team Leader- cum- Prgram Facilitator of Resource Center for Social Action in Orissa. This is a new office of the organziation that would be engaged in state level advocacy on the various issues of Orissa.
