Dr. Divya Kirti Gupta

PhD in area of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) from WISDOM, Banasthali Vidyapith, Dr. Divya Kirti is involved in teaching, research, training and consulting in following areas CSR, Organization Behaviour, Human Resource Management, Human Quality Development (HQD), Management Thought and Indian Management.

Dr. Divya Kirti has been co-drafter of ISO26000 (International Guidance Standard on Social Responsibility by ISO, Geneva) and was elected member in the drafting team viz. Integrated Drafting Task Force (IDTF) as Developing countries representative of SSRO Stakeholder Group. Currently, she is an elected member of ISO26000-Post Publication Organization Stakeholder Advisory Group.

In past, she has worked with not-for-profit organizations and was Master Trainer (MT) for capacity-building of Panchayati Raj Institutions in Rajasthan, the programme organized under the aegis of Department of Panchayati Raj, Rajasthan & UNICEF. She has several papers to her credit and has presented them at national and international conferences, within India and outside.

Dr. Divya Kirti is Associate Editor of IBA Journal titled, 3D- IBA Journal of Management and Leadership and Editor of IBA-Greater Noida Biannual Newsletter. She is also Life member of Indian Women Pilots Association (IWPA), Mumbai.
