Meeta Srivastava has been with the National Geographic Channel (NGC) for the past five years as an Independent Consultant of Mission Programme, ËœRide The Van”. Her work entails reinforcing learning in a hundred Government Schools in the central Himalayan region, by screening NGC films, as well as utilizing other creative methodologies of teaching-learning. She is also a Consultant for other NGOs working in the field of Early Childhood Education. Previously, she has worked in the field of community health. She is also involved with differently abled people.
She has received a Masters Degree in Political Science from the University of Allahabad and a Diploma in Mental Retardation from the National Institute for the Mentally Handicapped, Secundrabad.
