Nalini Kaushal is a CSR and Learning & Development Specialist with over 16 years of experience. An alumnus of S P Jain Institute of Management and Research, Nalini is a culturally literate contributor with international experience which ranges from leading learning and development function to social development programs with MNCs like TATA AIA, GEMS group and more recently, Hindustan Unilever Limited (HUL). At HUL, she was instrumental in developing and subsequently leading their community development programme, ‘Prabhat’. Through interventions in Livelihood enhancement, Water conservation and Health & Hygiene, project Prabhat has directly impacted over 1.7 Million people across South Asia. In 2017, the programme was recognized both internally at HUL (CEO Annual Awards – Runners Up – Winning with People category) and externally (ASSOCHAM’s CSR Summit 2017 and Social Change Award – Community Development category).
Her areas of expertise include conceptualization and execution of Sustainable Developmental Initiatives with focus on triple bottom line impact, Strategic Planning, Stakeholder Management, Brand management including communication development and Innovations. Nalini has a consistent track record of creating scalable, replicable and sustainable models especially in green field sites; coupled with strong leadership skills and team management acumen. She is also an explorer of spirituality and holistic healing and has attended programmes like Inner Engineering and Medicine Free Life which she feels are tools that have become software for her joy and well-being. She is completely bitten by wanderlust and loves to travel and soak in new places, experiences and interact with the locals. When she is not travelling, in most probability, she would have identified her next destination and one will find her actively planning and preparing for that trip!!
