Nalong Mize

Mr. Nalong Mize is currently an Advisor to the Chief Minister of Arunachal Pradesh. Prior to this position, Mr. Nalong Mize was the Chief Functionary and Director of Program Operations of Future Generations India. He is spearheading the programs of Future Generations India in several states and in particular in Arunachal Pradesh through its local affiliate Future Generations Arunachal.

In Arunachal Pradesh program, Mr. Mize has facilitated the launch of the Tsangyang Tgyatso World Peace Park (Biosphere Reserve) in the western part of Arunachal Pradesh and signing of an MoU with the government of Arunachal Pradesh for training the Panchayat members of Arunachal Pradesh in the SEED-SCALE process of community empowerment. Previously, Mr. Nalong Mize has worked in Charities Aid Foundation India, Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) and PowerGrid Corporation of India.Mr. Mize sits on the board of EKJUT, a national NGO, working currently in the states of Jharkand, Orissa and Rajasthan. He is the Convener of Indo-Bhutan Friendship Association Arunachal Chapter. Mr. Mize is also the founder member and the Vice- President of Glorious Football Club, registered with Delhi Soccer Association.

He has traveled widely, both in India and abroad including USA and Europe.

Mr. Mize was the General Secretary of his school in Arunachal Pradesh. While in college, he was elected as the President of Arunachal Students Union, Delhi.

Mr. Mize received his Bachelors Degree in Sociology from Hindu College, University of Delhi and Post-Graduate Diploma in Advertising and Public Relations from Indian Institute of Mass Communication, New Delhi.
