Niraj has over 19 years experience with corporate and social enterprise sectors. He has designed and managed operations in various business environments. Besides having worked in several states across India, Niraj has also worked in advisory role in several other countries including Kenya, Zambia, Pakistan, Madagascar and Burkina Faso on marketing strategy and operational planning with partner organizations.
Previously, he was Vice President, Marketing, International Development Enterprises, there he managed all India functions at strategic and operational levels; developed strategic alliances and partnerships with major corporate entities; shown result in highly competitive trade environment; acquired knowledge of rural economy, agriculture markets and consumer behaviour. He acquired a strong Rural Marketing skill set over fifteen years of his experience coupled with good academic background. He witnessed diversity of exposure to different product categories including Agriculture produce market linkages, Ayurvedic Medicines and OTC products, Irrigation Equipments; optimum resource utilization for revenue generation in weak markets. International exposure in addition to having Team leadership, communication and presentation skills are collateral strengths.
