Senthil K Manivasagan

Senthil Kumar did his Post Graduation in Commerce and M.B.A in Banking & Finance. He has more than 15 years of experience in various private sectors. He joined Gramalaya NGO in 2005 as a Team Leader and successfully executed Water Credit project under water credit alliance with urban slum dwellers in Trichy district of Tamil Nadu. During his tenure in Gramalaya he had undergone exposure visits to various MFIs like BASIX, BANDHAN, BISWA, GRAMEEN KOOTA, HAND IN HAND, ESAF and ASA BANGLADESH. He was also trained by BASIX in software and MFI’s special skills. He has also attended various trainings & workshops. Since 2007 he was posted as Manager Credit in Guardian, and now has been promoted as the CEO. He is a also a certified expert in Microfinance from Frankfurt School of Management, Germany.
