Vaidyanathan is the Head, Environment of ESSAR Group and is responsible for all Environment and Forest related clearances, compliance, etc for Indian and International projects and operations. Apart from this, he assists the legal team on all matters related to Environment and Forests.
He received a Bachelor’s in Science in Chemical Technology from Osmania University, a Post Graduate Diploma from Indian Institute of Ecology and Environment. He is a lead auditor for ISO 14001, ISO 9001 and OHSAS 18000 and a trained facilitator for TQM.
