LEAD’s vision and mission is directed towards building leadership with such traits and competencies that the world needs while addressing the current complexity. Our program aims to make a leader’s inner being strong, leading them to expand their consciousness, enabling them to gain knowledge and multiple perspectives, and skills to make them prepared for action that the world needs at different levels.

With action anchored in higher consciousness, the leader would focus on creating goodness beyond self for others. When many such individuals come together, what they would create together would be multiple times larger than their sum total, which would then accelerate a shift which is good for the society as a whole.
